Nick McGlynn is another foreigner who has signed a contract with our club for the debut season in the Orlen Basket League.
The American is 205 cm tall and plays as a center.
The 26-year-old played in the NCAA for the Drake Bulldogs before moving to Europe in 2019. He also played in Austria for two years, representing the Vienna Timberwolves and UBSC Raiffeisen Graz.
The 2021/22 season was a breakthrough for McGlynn as he decided to try his hand at a better league. He joined the Leuven Bears to play in the Belgian league and the BNXT League, a joint league between teams from Belgium and the Netherlands.
The 26-year-old is a player who rules the rim. There is no ball he can't collect. Despite his position, McGlynn likes to occasionally drop to the perimeter and scare opponents with a three-pointer.
In the 2022/23 season, McGlynn averaged 12.4 points per game, adding 7.8 rebounds. The American was the fifth-leading rebounder in the BNXT League.
The debut season of Dziki Warszawa in the Orlen Basket League will start in September this year.
